Red wine and kale salad. The self sabotage continues but seems to be lessening. Rubens been sick and Bellas been nuts (it couldn’t possibly be me!)… but somehow everything is O.K. There’s been alot of peanutbutter and raisin toast, red wine and rice. Lots of sadness about dad and dealing with overwhelm when it comes to thinking about going to England. Again I’m not weighing myself and guess I’m about the same. Maybe I’m kidding myself but it’s my pre mentrual week and I don’t want any more grrrr emotions.

May 1 = refocus…restart…back into writing every Friday ‘clink ‘Sarah

    Hi Sarah
What I love about you is that you keep picking yourself up. No shame in starting again, or continuing even when the path is niether clear nor straight. Seems sometimes like it makes itself up as we travel it!
And let me just say that homones are powerful, and in my case, really rebelled against any “plan” I was trying to stick to until I included their preferences into my plan! Once I gave them the week before my period to eat and act “off the plan”, I was able to be kinder to myself because going “off plan” was part of the plan!

Love and clinks to you and your little (and not so little) ones.Oh, and clink to May 1st.

Thank you for your honest, heartfelt comments about life, Sarah and your caring, wise responses, rebecca. Its good to hear both of your voices!

I’m here drinking my greens steadily but having up and down days with regard to my goals. Life is a little too busy feeling for me these days … But I know I can peek at the videos and comments and feel good Again.

    Cheers, Anna

      Dear Anna
I like hearing your voice as well. It helps me to know that we are going about our lives; doing the best we can while making friends with imperfection. I get strength and insight and comfort from your posts. Thank you for that.
Clink to the clankitty-clank!(I had green ice cream for breakfast!)
      and cheersto you, Anna
