Jane I am sooo excited that you found that beautiful star fruit!!! I am so honored that you featured another one of my smoothies. I just love that one! I like to taste the greens but still have a subtle fruit tone in the backround.
I have to share this with you; every morning I make green smoothies for all five children and this morning our four year old said, “Mom, I want a “booberry green smoothie”. That would be blueberry.
Well here is what I threw together. I call it my “Ain’t Holdin Nothin Back Green Smoothie”
by Elizabeth @ RAW Living and Learning
    1 organic red apple
small bunch of inner celery stalks, organic only
1/4 of a lemon, peeled, pith on
    1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 large curly kale leaf, organic
    8 organic dandelion greens
    juice of 2 Honey tangerines
    1/4 C spring water (optional–I have a cheap blender!)
    2 T Hemp seeds
    1 T chia seeds
    1/2 C ice
This smoothie is a complete meal and will keep you going strong until lunch time. The chia and hemp are the key–don’t leave those superfoods out!!
    Peace and Raw Health,
    Elizabeth

      Hi Elizabeth,
That definitely sounds like a meal. It’s on the list.
It’s great the your young kids are asking for green smoothies.
      That’s the way to grow.
      Jane

[..YouTube..] isn’t the seeds suppose to be emulsified in the 5200 model?

  3. [..YouTube..] @SurJones Yes, the seeds would emulsify but I don’t know if they are safe to eat, so I didn’t use them.
