Today I am going to make my Anti-Aging Go Into Your Refrigerator Look In All The Nooks and Crannies Pull Out All The Fruits and Greens That Need To Be Used Up Wash Them Up Put Them Into Your Blender Smoothie. This is what I found in my refrigerator today. I have some romaine lettuce that needs to be used up today. I already paid good money for it and I don’t want to go out and buy something else when I have this available to me. Saves me a trip to the store, saves me cash.

I do this because I like to use what I have, it’s a good habit, and two, a viewer wrote in and said, ”Jane, I love your AntiAging Salad Mix Smoothie and it calls for pears. Pears were two dollars each, salad mix was $3.99 a bag, it’s too much.”

Well, I agree. We all have budgets that we must adhere to. So, my advice is, buy your greens loose, don’t buy them prepackaged, you don’t need to pay for packaging and all the labor it took to wash them and cut them up. Do your own labor, it’s like that, it’s not a big deal.

I also found the last Opal apple, remember that, I used one in a smoothie last week. I cut this beautiful apple up, it’s so delicious, I’m tempted to eat it but I’m gonna put it in here, one apple. I found a handful of grapes I need to use up, and remember that little bit of ginger I was using the other day, I have another circle of ginger. And look at the color, here’s what I love about concocting these smoothies on the fly, look at those beautiful colors together, the purple and the little sunshine-y yellow of the ginger. Put all that in the VitaMix. And I’m adding a cup of water. I’m not adding any ice to this.

Today I don’t want a frosty smoothie, it changes every day. That’s what I love about my smoothies, I can make them the way I want, how I want, when I want.

Another green smoothie! Let’s see what we’ve got here. This is not a recipe, it’s a philosophy. So you never know what you’re going to get, Oh, I can smell a little bit of the ginger. I think I’ve just created something new. Another new combination. Let’s pour it into a big, tall glass. I love knowing, that in the refrigerator, there are green smoothies ready for me when I want to sip them. I’m getting two big smoothies out of this, look at that, might have to hide this from the fam.

Gulp. That little bit of ginger, that little circle of ginger, warms up the entire smoothie, it goes really well with the grapes, I’m surprised, I didn’t know it would.

Keep it simple, keep it inexpensive and make it a daily habit. One little step at a time.
