Today I am making another viewer submitted recipe and this one’s from Judi. Hi Judi!

Judi writes, “This is what I do.” She starts out with 2 halves of a frozen banana and then she’ll add either strawberries or frozen mango, uses a base of soy milk and adds to that a heaping tablespoon of ground flax seed. “Blend and wa-la, I love it.”

There are 2 reasons why I chose Judi’s recipe. One is because she does all this in a Magic Bullet not in a big, high speed blender, which dovetails beautifully with my philosophy to do something, get started somewhere, use what you have.

And also, it’s because I’m going to substitute her ingredients and that’s another thing I’d like to get across to you – when you are using my recipes and you don’t have the ingredients or don’t want to use the ingredients, use what you want, use your imagination and create your own peachy perfections.

Judi uses soy milk, I’m going to use almond milk. And if you watched yesterday’s video, you know we made this luscious, sweet almond milk right in the VitaMix. the aroma is wonderful and I really love almond milk, it’s an excellent replacement for dairy and soy. It’s full of bioavailable calcium.

I have flavored this almond milk with some vanilla and soaked dates, although you can drink it unflavored, it’s delicious just as it is. Pour one cup of almond milk into the VitaMix.

Instead of strawberries, I have some frozen, organic Freestone peaches I want to use. I’ve been looking at these, wondering what I could make with them and up popped Judi’s recipe. Instead of soy and strawberries, I’m using almond milk and peaches.

I’m adding 2 cups of the frozen peaches to the VitaMix with the one cup of almond milk. And that’s all there is to my Peachy Perfection smoothie. And it is definitely anti aging because your body will respond to it, it will help us release energy and feel better because there’s no burden on our systems from consuming this delicious concoction.

Let’s blend it up.

Look at that. It is a peachy color. Mmm, peachy perfection. Refreshing. The perfect texture. The color alone is enticing.

I love my food. Every day when I make these videos, I get to consume all of this, if it lasts, if I can hide it and if everybody else doesn’t get to it first.

Try my Anti Aging Peachy Perfection Judi Smoothie and let me know what you think. Leave your comments in the box below. I enjoy hearing from you. And submit more recipes. Because of Judi’s recipe, look what I made myself today. I hope you’ll make it, too.

Thanks Judi!

[..YouTube..] Have you ever tasted a smoothie you didn’t like? :)

  3. [..YouTube..] @theknuts6 I made some real stinkers when I first got started! Straight to the compost with them! And you couldn’t pay me to this day to use mustard greens in a smoothie. By now I’ve figured it out, although every now and then….

  4. [..YouTube..] @Barginjunkie69 Try it. Make it and let me know what you think. I love to get feedback about my antiaging elixirs and concoctions. That’s how I learn. Jane.

Great job on the variation of my smoothie. :) Peaches will be one of my alternate fruit choices! Thanks for sharing it with your audience.

I have another way for you to use peaches. This smoothie I threw together a few weeks ago because I had a beautiful, local, organic Starfruit that I was determined to use in a green smoothie. It was spectacular–give my recipe a try:
1 large starfruit, beld it with some water then strain out the seeds and skin through a mesh strainer.
Put the starfruit juice back into the blender and add:
    2 large collard leaves
    a handful of parsley
    2 small frozen bananas
    1 C frozen peaches
    Enjoy the raw living goodness!!
    Peace & Raw Health,
    Elizabeth

This sounds so good! Starfruit and peaches, mmm…
I will keep an eye out for a Starfruit and make your recipe. It’s on the list!
      Thanks!
      Jane

  13. [..YouTube..] @LouisMota87 I’m recipe challenged.

  14. [..YouTube..] wow, looks good. Looks more like a soft server than a smoothie! You could eat it with a spoon. It was just last night that I mad a banana peach spinach soft serve from the peaches I found in my freezer. WOW are peaches ever sweet!

  15. [..YouTube..] @NicoletteLynnMusic Banana peaches and spinach is a classic combo – I like it, too.
