My Goji Berry Beauty Water is so delicious! Hints of sweetness from the Goji berries and Medjool dates and the bursting, refreshing flavor from the greens.

So easy to make! Pour into a few mugs, pop them in the fridge or take to work and you have anti-aging, anti-oxidant rich, chlorophyll and oxygen filled, truly hydrating and healthy Beauty Water!

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup Goji berries
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 handfuls mixed greens or greens of your choice

Soak berries and dates overnight in water to cover. Pour the dates, berries and their soak water into the blender, add the greens and 6 cups water and blend, baby, blend. Maybe 20-30 seconds. Enjoy. You’ve never been more beautiful.

A Wonderful Thing

Today I am making my Anti-Aging Goji Berry Beauty Water. It requires 1/4 cup of Goji berries, which I soaked, along with 3 Medjool dates, pitted. I put them in a little water last night, water to cover, they soaked overnight, now they’re all mooshy and sweet and the flavors of the Goji berries and the Medjool dates have melded together. I’m adding that, soak water and all, to the 6 cups of water I already have in the VitaMix. Beauty Water has a water like consistency, not a smoothie like consistency. It makes a great beverage throughout the day. It is perfect for killing cravings and hydrating you. You can even drink it with meals, it’s not a meal replacement. It’s a wonderful thing.

The Beauty’s In The Greens

This will be a day’s worth of Beauty Water. I’ll put it in some big mugs and sip on it throughout the day. Then, to that we add our greens. The beauty’s in the greens. Chlorophyll, oxygen, anti-oxidants, which are also in the Goji berries. Goji berries are wealthy with anti-oxidants and play a big part in the anti-oxidant, anti-aging theories. The key to enjoying your Beauty Waters is to make them taste good, as in all food.

Blend for 20-30 seconds in the VitaMix. It doesn’t take long to mix up the Beauty Water. Okay, let’s see what we’ve got. First, the aroma. Ah, bright, fresh. I can even smell the Goji berries and the dates in there. Now, watch the consistency. Look at that. It’s a beautiful, olive green color, wealthy with chlorophyll and oxygen. That’s a big mug that you can drink from just like this. That is delicous.

Touch Of Sweetness

It has a touch of sweetness from the Medjool dates. I can taste the Goji berries, you know they have a slight earthy flavor to them. The greens are bright with color and flavor. This is a delicious Beauty Water, I want you to try it. If you want more Beauty Waters, all you have to do is go to my website, www.BlenditandMendit.com. You can sign up if you want my K.I.S.S. Hi sleepylacepaws,
Thank you for the feedback, it’s great to hear from you and thank you for taking the time to comment.
In the meantime, do what you can with what you have. Beginning with lumpy green smoothies in an underpowered blender, which is how I started, is better than doing nothing at all.
Or just enjoy more greens in your salads until you get set up. :)
      Jane

I agree… I alternate between the spring mix and the dandelian. I also cut back a little on the goji’s since I don’t need the water to be that sweet and they are a bit expensive when used every day to make the waters. I also find that the longer the water sits the sweeter it gets, so next day is definitely sweeter than the day it’s made. Either way though, I love them and can’t believe how much more water I’m drinking thanks to your brilliant idea.

[..YouTube..] never heard of goji’s berries myself have to try it as well.

  9. [..YouTube..] @fortgreene31 “The goji berry is also called the wolfberry. It is a bright orange-red berry that comes from a shrub that’s native to China. In Asia, goji berries have been eaten for generations in the hopes of living longer.”

I tried the anti aging goji beauty water, and needless to say, I found it hard to like. So instead of pitching it, I added some oranges, ginger, frozen strawberries, and more greens, and dates..to make a smoohthie out of it. I think this one is definetly for the Seasoned green smoothy drinker, not a beginner! But I am willing to try..
