My VitaMix Anti Aging Dancing Dill Dressing turns your big salad into an event. It’s creamy, “meaty” and dill- icious!

Almond milk, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, lots of fresh dill, salt and pepper. You simply must make this and tell me what you think.

Make it a permanent part of your salad dressing repertoire and big, green salads will become a main course in your life.

Snowy White

It uses the same basic ingredients as the Peppercorn Ranch Dressing. But when you add that fresh dill, it takes it to an entirely new taste experience. Add one cup of fresh almond milk to your VitaMix, I showed you how to make the almond milk in this video, here’s the link. The VitaMix has the marks on it, so let’s add one cup. Snowy white almond milk. Homemade. Fresh.

Take one ripe avocado, scoop that into the VitaMix. Avocado is a good fat, no cholesterol. Put the whole thing in there for your cool and creamy Dancing Dill Dressing. The juice from one lemon, look at that. Squeeze it in there, you can squeeze both halves at the same time. This is simple and easy. This is under 5 minutes. You come home, you’re hungry. Everybody else is pulling ready made stuff out of the fridge but you know what you want to eat. So, just take a deep breath, pull together your salad dressing, pour it over your greens, and you are going to enjoy your meal and be glad that you ate it.

Add one clove of garlic to the VitaMix. We’ve got the almond milk, the avocado, the clove of garlic, the juice from one lemon, add whole peppercorns but just a few, this is not the Peppercorn Dressing, we just want maybe a half a dozen, I’ve got red, green and a black peppercorn in there. We don’t want the peppercorns to overwhelm the dill. This dressing is about the dill. And, throw a few pinches of sea salt in there if you like, the sea salt is optional, you don’t have to. I’m saying, total, maybe half a teaspoon. You can salt to taste or not salt at all.

Care to Dance?

Then take your dill… it’s freshly washed… twist off a handful. Really, you can’t put too much dill in this dressing. It just tastes wonderful. And it dances around from your tongue to the inside of your mouth to the roof of your mouth… The Dancing Dill Dressing is ready to blend, look at that. That was 30 seconds. That is fantastic. Mmm… if you like dill you are going to love this salad dressing. It’s a meaty salad dressing. Look, take your big salad, pour your Dancing Dill all over it. Look at that. Mmm… dill… dancing.

Hi Jane. I just made the almond milk today for the first time. Do you suggest using the sweetened or unsweetened version for this salad dressing, or doesn’t it matter? Thanks for all you do!

    • Jane says:

      Hi Kathy,
Use the unsweetened for the salad dressing. I made more of this dressing today and enjoyed it so much.
Let me know what you think!
