      Hi Elizabeth,
I love dandelion, too. Who knew? But that’s one of the many great benefits of green smoothies.
Not being afraid of and actually enjoying bitter greens.

Hi Jane, Great smoothie- I drink a version of this and it is sooo good. I had a question that I wondered if you would share the answer. What does your daily food intake look like. I get discouraged mid afternoon and start grabbing non-raw food and ruin my plans to stay raw. Green smoothies are the eastest way for me to eat raw. How much do you consume in a day? I think I’m addicted to cooked food. It’s hard getting over the hump. I have digestion issues and this is my reason for wanting to go raw. Any help would be appreciated!! Thankyou Pam

      Hi Pam,
Great questions! I have gone through exactly what you are asking about.
It’s way too much for me to share in a meaningful way that is helpful to you in a comment box.
I will send you an email with info about my private calls program.
Your questions reveal that you are ready to see results.

[..YouTube..] This would never work in my blender, but it looks lovely in the VM. Thanks for sharing.

  6. [..YouTube..] @edeneating Try reducing the ingredients and adding more water. Or do it in batches. I started with an underpowered blender, too, and while my smoothies weren’t smooth, it got me started. I am constantly advising: do something, start somewhere.:)Jane

Hi Jane you look great, i have a wonderful recipe, 3 cups of kale, 1 cup of collard greens, 1 banana, 1/2 apple, 1 cup of pineapple, 2 cups of water, and and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. Then blend in vitamix. Enjoy

    • Jane says:

      Hi Noah,
Thank you for your kind words and the recipe. It’s on the list to make on camera (crediting you, of course).
Kale and collards is a powerful combo, I look forward to making this.
