Dear Jane,

I’ve been exploring green smoothies and green juices for the past three years, and I’m so delighted that I found you and your videos! I love how much more energy and joy greens (and fruits) bring into my life.

This note is to thank you. Your videos are fun, uplifting, motivating, and the perfect lengths! And there are so MANY videos–I feel like a kid in a green candy store. I want to try ALL of the recipes you’ve so generously taken the time to video tape. Looking forward to watching your videos ongoingly!

All the best to you,  Debra, writer, editor and writing coach.

I committed to drink a green smoothie everyday through Jane’s 30 Day Protocol.

The thing I noticed most at the end of the Protocol was how smooth and soft my skin had become. As we age, skin tends to get dry. My face feels like I’ve just had a facial, everyday. My arms and legs are not dry. This is a true testament to the nourishment and hydrating quality in what Jane calls the waterful foods. My Vita-Mix, greens and I have become a real team! Dear Jane, Completing your 30 Day Protocol has been an absolute priviledge and delight.
Most especially I feel after a lifetime of facing various issues around the how/what/when/why of food that I am finally learning to let go and find peace in the kitchen. I highly recommend your Protocols to everyone!
Your knowledge and clarity have helped guide me to a place of health and self worth I haven’t been to in ages. So once again thank you so much. ‘clink’ …heads up greens down from Sarah down under.

I am addicted to green smoothies and your videos.
Thank you so much for taking the time to make and share them.
I feel fabulous since I started drinking them, and the weight is just falling off.
I have more energy now than I’ve had in years.

Jane’s 30 Day Protocol has taught me so much but, if I was to single out three things of value, I would have to say:

  1. My confidence levels in using my Vitamix and creating my own recipes have soared.
  2. The value of ‘going green’ – that is, drinking cleansing, refreshing green smoothies.
  3. Last, but not least, the 30 Day Protocol provides a wonderful, supportive community where we can share our triumphs, our joys, our sorrows as we Blend It and Mend It! together.” Toni from the U.K.

Jane, I just wanted to let you know that your blog is great and it’s especially nice to see videos of smoothies being made. After getting a Blendtec blender earlier this month as a mother’s day present, I’ve been getting my greens and fruit whereas before my diet was completely atrocious with mostly processed and junk food along with sodas and coffee.

Being truthful, it hasn’t been easy breaking away from that type of food due to cravings, but I just realized yesterday that it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve had any caffeine- hooray! Slow but steady wins the race, I guess, since I’ve lost nearly 5 lbs. drinking green smoothies in the morning and at lunchtime. It’s always nice to see a cheerful face enjoying raw and healthy food, and my 2 year old likes to watch you, too :)

Hi Jane,

I’ve been doing green smoothies since last May, when I read Victoria Boutenko’s books and bought myself a VitaMix.

A month after I began drinking green smoothies daily, I saw my cosmetologist, who was so amazed at the change in my skin in a month’s time that she started telling all her clients about green smoothies. They have made such a difference in my life. Besides the skin being more moist and smooth, I’m sleeping much better and have much more energy.

My husband and I are going on a 10-day cross-country ski trip in a few days and we’re taking the VitaMix with us. Fortunately, we are going with dear friends who are also “addicted” to green smoothies. So, we’ll all have a lovely time sharing our recipes!

Thank you so much for your website. You are living proof of the vitality and joy to be had from such a good nutritional practice. Lotus

Hi Jane,

I have looked at zillions of sites and yours is the only one I return to every day. I have got lots of my friends to subscribe to your site and we talk about greens all the time. We teach at a school in Athens, Greece though most of us are originally from the UK.

Judith just subscribed to you and she brought in some wonderful organic lettuce from her garden yesterday to share, so I was busy last night looking through your lettuce recipes and whizzing away with my VitaMix. Your site is totally practical and helpful and I love the way you have freed me from the tyranny of following a recipe by the gram.

Yesterday, as I had no lettuce left, I did what you have taught me and had a look in the fridge and made something new up! I mixed the apricots with frozen cherries, fresh pineapple and mild greens and it was delicious. On Tuesday at school we are having a “Share a Shmoothie Shtuesday” where we (the teachers) will all bring in our favourite smoothie to share and have a photo taken for you!

Did I tell you that when I make your NOG (Nectar of the Gods Sweetener) my kids like it so much as a mini mousse that they hide it from each other in the fridge and pretend there is none left! I am lucky enough to be going snorkeling today! Snorkeling and smoothies, what a marvellous life.

Love from Beth, in the red hair and green smoothie colored trousers :)

Hi Jane!

Your videos are so inspiring! Three weeks ago I got a VitaMix blender and my life has already taken a huge turn for the better. I’ve been severely overweight most of my 25 years, and I am convinced this is going to be the way I finally lose the weight. Three weeks of green shakes, whole food protein shakes, VitaMix veggie soups, and lean meats, and I can already feel the pounds melting away.

The amazing thing is that with your recipes, I’ve managed to cut out all wheat, sugar, dairy, and all other refined foods as well as all my cravings!

My kitchen is transformed into a bountiful garden in March, my life has been energy-infused in only a few short weeks, and I have you and blenditandmendit.com to thank for it. I can’t even begin to tell you what it means to me to be able to eat and drink guilt-free. I may still have a way to go, but without the guilt, I feel as if a hundred pounds was lifted off my shoulders already.

Thank you again for your inspirational videos and delicious VitaMix recipes. You’re and that blender are a miracle team! All the very best, Briana, opera singer

Hi Jane,

You are singlehandedly responsible for getting me to drink green drinks. I’m a 26 year old guy, in good shape, and have always taken care of myself, but in the last six or seven weeks the only thing I’ve done differently is incorporated drink recipes from your show into my diet. I didn’t take away anything else. I weighed myself for the first time in a while and without even trying I lost about 12 pounds in 6 weeks. I’m pretty sure that it’s all due to the drinks you’ve introduced me to. Not only do I feel better, sleep better, and have a lot more energy, but I have also been getting complements on my skin. You’ve honestly helped me improve the quality of my life in less than ten minutes a day. Thank you so much. Daniel

Thank you, thank you Jane for giving me back the courage to be myself and to not be afraid what others think. I thank you for letting me see me for who I really am and not to worry about the weight I may lose or not!!

At first, when I started the 30 Day Protocol, it was all about losing a few more pounds, but now it is all about the energy and health and nutrition. My skin is absolutely glowing and that makes it hard to stop smiling.

I turn 46 tomorrow and I am happy to do so. I love life and have alot left to enjoy!! Glowing from green to green, Carrie :)

Hi there. I really like the idea of the vitamix, but too expensive for me right now. Will need to save up for a few months for this one. :) Thanks.

    • Jane says:

      Hi Brenda,
VitaMix not required. You can get your greens using what you have.

Depending on the blender you are using, you may have to reduce quantities, add more liquid, blend one or two ingredients at a time…

I used a regular blender for months until I got my VitaMix.

The important thing is that you are doing what you can with what you have. Congrats!

  2. AndreaCraig says:

    Dear Jane,
I’m one of the “quiet ones” and this is my first posted comment. Despite being quiet, I’m a green smoothie addict. A few months ago, I accidentally discovered that spinach blended into a berry smoothie made me feel super-human. I bought a vita mix and stared at it for awhile unsure what to do with it. It stared back. Then I heard a whisper: “google vitamix and kale”. And the All Hail Kale video on youtube was the first site I went to. Blenditandmendit was the second site I went to. There was no need for a third site.

I crave kale, but am getting much better at rotating my greens. A couple of weeks ago I was traveling, no vitamix, and ate pretty well — but on the plane home all I could think of was the first smoothie I would make when I landed… kale kale kale. I didn’t even sit down when I got home for the airport. I got in the car and drove to the grocery store for greens.

I just I tried a new recipe: your cara cara orange & spinach smoothie. Oh my goodness, what a perfect mix of green goodness. I took two sips, and could be quiet no longer. Thank you so much for all your hard work and all the green knowledge & life wisdom you share with us all.

All the best to you, and thanks again.

    • Jane says:

      Hi Andrea,
Wow. Thank you. That is high praise indeed and it is humbling. I am very happy for you, I can feel the joy in your words.
      Many thanks,
      Jane

  4. annaleyzerovich says:

    Hi Jane,

I just joined this site. I have blended greens before, but I am more committed right now because I just purchased the Vitamix. I used to blend for example: kale, an orange, frozen berries and a 1 cup of water. That provided me with 1 drink. I’ve been looking at your K.I.S.S book but all of the recipes yield 6 cups or so. Question: What do you do for a 1 person household? Do you scale the recipe down or do you keep the whole amount and drink it during the day?

I want to drink greens daily (that’s my goal), so i’m wondering how this works.

    Anna.

    • Jane says:

      Hi Anna,

Welcome! It’s great to have you here.

Yes, you can scale the recipe down OR make the whole recipe, pour into a couple of tall glasses, sip on one immediately and save the other in the fridge for later.

Remember the basic proportions for green smoothies are 60% fruit, 40% greens. Many of my recipes have ‘gone off the rails’ as I get so excited about the greens, but you can scale them down to suit you.

Green smoothies are more an art than a science, so you can relax and enjoy creating tasty blends that you love. That’s what my recipes are for – use as is or as a jumping off point for your own creations.

Keep me posted on your progress.
      Jane

    • Rebecca says:

      Hi Anna
      Welcome!
When I first got here, I was a smoothie novice, and had rejected greens in general except for broccoli and the occasional summer salad, so I followed Jane’s protocol and blast pages as closely as I could. I love that Jane encourages slow and steady, paying attention to what is happening to our taste buds, bodies, and energy as greens have their way with us.
Those first yields of smoothie according to Jane’s recipes left me with the same question:
“How will I drink all of this green???” One SIP at a time turned out to be the answer. Sipping was important in my case because my body wasn’t used to processing greens, and they ‘went right through me’! But it was amazing to find that I could not only drink the entire blender full each day, but my body adjusted, and began to crave greens (in addition to the smoothies)…salads, soups, sorbets…who knew that rebecca could ever love greens?!
Anyway, I look forward to hearing about your journey here, and what you notice about your life and aliveness as the greens work their magic.

    Hi Jane!
I just joined your site today. I found you on youtube last night. I own a vitamix and occasionally get on youtube to look up recipes I can make with the vitamix. How did I ever miss seeing all your videos??? The more I watched you…the more I was amazed at all the delicious things you made with your Vitamix! And YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Your skin is just radiant and glowing! My mother died from breast cancer and her sister also just died from many different types of cancer. I do not want to be next. I do have about 50 pounds I need to lose. I am hoping by joing this site and making your smoothies I will lose this weight and I will look radiant like you Jane. :) Thank you for having this wonderful website!!!

    • Jane says:

      Hi Sheri,

Thank you so much – what a great letter to wake up to.

I know what you are trying to do because I lost my sister to breast cancer, too, and it propelled me to drinking my greens and sharing all that they have to offer.

If my sister were here we’d be doing this together!

While there are no guarantees, we CAN help ourselves, so start greening and hang in there, change takes time. Visit BIMI daily.

      Welcome, welcome, welcome.

I am soo excited to learn everything on your site Jane. I made your peppery ranch dressing in my vitamix today…I think that is what it was called..with the almond milk and avocado…omg!! Good!! Just had to let you know how much I loved it. I really want to make homemade pita bread but I do not have the dry vitamix container… *sigh* o well….lots more yummy recipes to try..you have made me soo thrilled to own a vitamix and finally know what to make in it!!! :) I also made your cashew butter and also the strawberry shake with the dates and cashew butter…It is all soo delicious. My tummy is stuffed with this good food!!! Thank you soo much. By the way…should I not be eating cashew butter if I am trying to lose weight or is it a “good fat” and would help with weight loss?? Ty Jane! <3

        • Jane says:

          Hi Sheri,
You can make the pita bread with stone ground whole wheat flour until you get a dry container to grind the wheat. So no need to wait :)

Ultimately, for all of us, losing weight is a math problem: calories in / calories out.

BUT from my personal experience, not all calories are equal. I find I can eat more nutrient dense calories and not gain weight whereas I used to count the inferior calories and never got to really eat and feel satisfied.

I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice or treatment, just my opinion. You will have to see what works for you.

You say: “My tummy is stuffed with good food.” I know just how wonderful that feels and when I stay on the waterful food, my weight doesn’t enter my mind :)

  10. Carrie Shephard says:

    Hi Jane,

Drinking the green smoothies again. I just crave them now!!! ( Funny, I used to crave chocolate- not anymore) I have a question to ask. I have a friend that has type 2 diabetes and has just had and beat breast cancer. So far. She has had one breast removed and is probably going to have the other removed as well. All of the cemotherapy and medications have wiped her out physically and mentally. She wants to lose weight and feel better again and have more energy. I am proposing she try the green smoothies. She wants to but is worryed about her diabetes and if it will be hard to work it in. I told her I am sure lots of “blend it and mend it” folks have had the same issues and I would ask the “community” for help and guidance for her. I have ordered “Greens for Life” book for her and for myself and I can’t wait to read it. I know this book will help my friend as well. I would like to get her on to your site and get her the support she needs. I think she would do well with it.

I tell anyone I can about your website as I have been so excited to be experiencing the difference the smoothies have been making me feel. Thank you again for any information that anyone can provide me with regarding a smoothie regimen for type 2 diabetes.

    Hugs, Hugs,

    Carrie

    • Jane says:

      Hi Carrie,

My heart goes out to your friend. I am not a doctor, so can’t speak to specific conditions, but I googled “green smoothies type 2 diabetes” and there is much good info that she can read and share with her doctor.

It is inspiring and covers the pros and cons on the subject. If anyone has personal experience in this matter and can help Carrie and her friend, please weigh in.

I also recommend Dr. Ariel Policano; tell her Jane sent you so she knows you are personally recommended. She specializes in women’s health issues: http://www.doctorariel.com/

Hi Jane…I sent you a letter in Aug about my wonderful dog, Chloe and myself…I would like to join but I don’t have paypal..is there any other way to pay?..p.s., still drinking my green smoothies and Chloe is drinking her puree too:-)…she is not well but she is still with me:-) I am, still, so excited about my VitaMix, told my husband he should make sure our generator is working in the event
we lose power..if we lose power and the generator is not working, I and the Vitamix are going in search of power, either family or hotel/motel..I mean it:-) We all must have a backup plan, including, another power source for our VitaMix:-) I actually said that before I even thought about the refrigerator/tv/stove/heat, etc., now that is a serious lover of my VitaMix and the God-given greens/green smoothies. I was in Bed Bath Beyond, a couple was looking at the VitaMix., I introduced myself, discussed this wonderful health machine, they asked if I worked for VitaMix, I said no, I wish I did…they bought it. A couple days later, I convinced my doctor to purchase it (took a couple months, though) but, unfortunately, his wife has not agreed yet:-) He still wants one as I rave so much about it. I cannot say enough about it and I always tell everyone to go to your site, regardless to what kind of blender they have, in time, I believe they will make that wonderful purchase. Again, your site is the best as you show, precisely, how to blend, and for many of us, we didn’t know what is suppose to look like when it starts and/or the finished product (smoothie). That makes a ton of difference. What is most imortant is the silky/smooth texture and wonderful taste in your finished smoothie. I have paid for this VitaMix already with what I have saved by not throwing so much away. If its soft, I just toss in freezer till I need. It is a miraculous health providing machine. I would love to write a book on what I think about your site and this wonderful, health machine. Keep doing what you are doing, the way you do it and you will be a complete success. Jesus loves you, so do I, my husband and Chloe..Take care Jane and thank you for your sincere desire to help us all. Patricia

  12. Hey Jane,

I found you on YouTube and I love the info that you share just love it. I am glad that I found your site also I will be digesting all you amazing information and most of all applying it. I look forward to more of this healthy powerful information, Thanks Again!

  13. Olga says:

    Hi Jane,

I think you are such a wonderful human being! What I love about your videos is that you are “real”, sincere and so sweet. I have seen so many other raw food websites but they are very extreme. You make so much sense and are so practical. I love the details and descriptions that you provide in your videos. I am 38 years old and have been overweight my whole life. I need to lose about 70-80 lbs. I have almost tried every diet, Weight Watchers, Atkins, the Zone, the South Beach, the Cabbage, Eat right for your blood type and many more. I’ve been to nutritionists and dietitians only to lose about 30-40 lbs and gain it all back and then some. I’ve exercised like a mad woman and had a trainer with the same results.
This way of life sounds so right. The difficult part is the social aspect. I am from Meditteranean descent and my family revolves around food and a lot of meat and cheese! I got married 6 months ago and I have a very supportive husband and he is willing to do anything for me. We are also trying to get pregnant and want to get my body healthy once and for all. I am sick of being tired and having aches and pains and IBS. I WANT TO CHANGE!
I just don’t know where to start. I wish you had a more detailed diet plan to follow. If I do the 30 plan, I just drink smoothies all day? How does it work? I know that it varies for everyone and you are not a dr. but in you’re opinion, what do I follow every day? I know that I am ready to commit to this. I appreciate your help and everything that you do on blend it and mend it. I’m looking forward to my new journey :)

    Sincerely,

    Olga

    • Jane says:

      Hi Olga,

It’s a mindset – instead of thinking about what you will and will not eat, simply begin by adding greens to your diet.

I am also of Mediterranean descent and if anybody knows what you are talking about, it’s me. But let’s forget all that for a moment – the family, the food, the culture. Just begin by drinking your greens and don’t sweat the rest of it.

Begin with K.I.S.S, then move on to the 7 Day Protocol and then the 30 Day Protocol.

The important thing is to begin. It really doesn’t matter where and it doesn’t matter that your every bite be laid out for you. Drink your greens throughout the morning and then have your lunch and dinner.

My Protocols are deliberately designed to add greens, not take away other foods, and to go beyond food. Trust the greens.

I know that you are exhausted from thinking about food all the time. There is so much more to you than what you are or aren’t eating!

The important thing is that you start somewhere and do something – not that you are perfect or that you are on a rigid food plan, but that you are alive!

Perfection is not allowed here – we are human beings, not machines. Love yourself and do the best you can with what you have; that’s all any of us can do.

Remember, greens contain The Code. As you commence through the Protocols, all will become clear.

      Lettuce blend and mend together,
      Jane

I am 78 years old and was at Whole Foods when they had a very nice young man demonstrating Vitamix. Obviously at my age, I have more appliances than I need, but he was intriguing and what he was doing, I certainly could not do with any of my appliances. I told him “No way am I going to buy this thing”. I tasted the soup and then the ice cream and needless to say, I am really enjoying VITAMIX. I am now laughing at myself. It was the best Kitchen investment I ever made!! I have used it everyday since purchasing. I love your website because your personality comes over so clearly and everything I have watched you do – I have done and with amazing results. In my backyard garden, I have a lot of mixed green and can barely wait for the time to plant everything and then put it fresh into my Vitamix…………..Love it and love you…………….Mary from Georgia

  15. Sharon L says:

    Hi Jane,

I found your site a few weeks ago when searching for Vitamix Recipes. I watched your creamy mushroom soup video and was very intrigued by the recipe and by your joy and passion. I kept the tab open for a few weeks.

The other day I peeked at your site again and saw the words “Drink Your Greens and Achieve Your Dreams” at the top and started to look around to learn more.

Over the years I’ve struggled with weight, thyroid and fatigue issues and now at 50, have started to have pains in my feet and have just felt that I’ve been going downhill. I lost my mom to breast cancer 7 years ago. I believe she lived longer (7 years after it being discovered at Stage IV) due to trying to eat healthy and juicing.

I’ve tried so many healthy eating plans both for health and weight loss – raw foods, vegetarian, clean eating, normal eating and more. I had some success with raw foods but wasn’t able to stick with it. I’ve heard so much about greens and heard about green smoothies a while back and have “meant” to get around to making those green smoothies.

Yesterday was finally the day. I went to the store and picked up some ingredients for the first 3 days of the 7-day protocol and put both my husband (who has had blood pressure and cholesterol issues) and I on it. I really want to be healthy and feel the clock turn back a bit.

Of course, I’m scared of failing again but I truly believe in greens and I’m very excited too. I really like the idea of just adding greens rather than trying to take anything away. I have committed to doing this for 21 days to see what happens. I believe we will see some good things by then.

Thank you so much for your videos, guides and inspiration.

    • Jane says:

      Hi Sharon,
You can do it. You are stronger than you think. Take it one blend and one sip at a time.
Be kind to yourself, you are a human being, not a machine.
Just do the best you can with what you have.
Thank you for your kind words and support. I appreciate it.
Keep in touch and let us all know how you are doing.

    • Rebecca says:

      Hi Sharon
I found Jane’s site last June in much the same way that you did.
Adding greens in the form of smoothies awakened an attraction to better food choices and an actual craving for salads and green leafy things I had never heard of. I have followed the path of imperfect ‘perfection’ that has included lots of discoveries and awakenings along the way. It has almost been a year, and 33 pounds have turned green and fallen off; I have fewer aches; I (the one who always hated formal exercise)joined a gym and tried the weight-bearing approach, but had to choose a quieter path, so am now doing very beginning Pilates and feeling proud of the little things (like learning to breathe).
If I may offer a word of encouragement, I strongly recommend following Jane’s 30 Day Anti-Aging Protocol…not the recipies so much as the ‘blast pages’. They really helped me to stay on course as I got into the habit of making a keep-it-simple-smoothie (60% fruit/40% greens leafies) each day. It was supportive to have Jane’s gentle guidance in daily doses, and I was able to actually follow her simple directions through the journal exercises! I could hear her loving urging to stay the course and finish what we had begun.

How great to have a humble generous honest leader like Jane to show us that it can be done one green drink at a time!
      welcome to the community.

Hi Jane: I’ve only recently found your videos and I love them. As someone else said in the comments, they are informative and the perfect length. You get right to the point and start the process so we can learn and make them ourselves. I especially love when you taste something…..you are just too cute! I have to tell you what I created last night, it was so good I have to share it. I’ve had a Vitamix now for about 1 1/2 years and I still come up with new recipes and ideas everyday; I threw in 1/2 frozen banana, a handful or two of frozen blueberries, a handful of very darkly (is that a word?) toasted pecans and because I didn’t have any almond “cream” on hand, I used a fat free half & half (about 1/2 cup?) I had leftover from company who like cream in their coffee but I’m sure your fresh almond cream would be much better. I’m sorry I don’t have any exact measurements but I was creating and I’m sure from watching you, you know how that goes. Anyways, it was one of the best fruit smoothies I have ever made in my Vitamix………so good in fact, that I’m going to re-create it tonight if I get hungry for something sweet. I haven’t lost weight in the whole time I’ve been “greening” but maybe it’s because I’m only doing breakfast and not replacing any other meal with greens? This is the most I’ve ever weighed and I’m only about 12-15 lbs over what I should be but it’s the hardest weight ever to lose. Menopause bites!
Thanks for being so sweet and caring about all of us….
    Terry

      Hi Terry,
I hear you about menopause :)
In addition to drinking my greens, I have had to greatly reduce wheat and all grains, reduce sugars and even fruit sugars (hence my Beauty Waters) to keep my weight down.
Thank you for your kind words and support. I appreciate it. Keep on blending.

Jane: One more thing…….where do I find the instructions for this “30-day Protocol” that so many of your viewers have mentioned in their comments?

    Terry

    • Jane says:

      Hi Terry,
The 30 day protocol, in fact all the protocols and programs have come down as I am combining and redesigning them all into one book, which will be available soon.
Thank you for your patience, I appreciate it.

    Hello Jane,

Me and my husband LOVE watching your videos! He really loves your expressions after you taste all the yummy smoothies. He will drink green smoothies and try different RAW food but he is still a meat eater, on the other hand, I have been RAW for almost a year after watching Joe Cross’ documentary called “fat, sick, and almost dead” I don’t know if this is a new creation but I followed your advise and created my very own smoothie. I cut up a whole pineapple, an entire bunch of parsley, a large fugi apple and 1 banana, cup of water and it turned out great! I would love for you to try my green smoothie if it hasn’t been created. I love my healthy lifestyle! I have lost almost 50 lbs in 10 months and my cholestrol is the lowest in years 156. I walk 5 days a week (3.5 miles) and I take different classes at the Y!

    Thank you for being you!

Thank you for the kind words and support of you and your husband. I appreciate it.
I have added your blend to the list to make on camera. It sounds amazing. Viewer submitted smoothies are my favorite to make.
Thank you for sharing it. I love that you love your healthy lifestyle.

    Hi Jane!

I just tried your Kale and Apple Smoothie and I must say it was delish!! I don’t have a Vitamixer and found it wasn’t finely chopped so I added a banana and it was PERFECT! I can’t wait to get a Vitamixer.

      Hi Rebecca,

It’s going to be close. I wish I could say, absolutely, it will be ready for Christmas gift giving, but I just don’t know yet. As soon as I get firm dates, I’ll let you know.

Thank you, thank you for your love and support. I’m nudging, too :)

Hi Jane, I’m really enjoying your videos and your wonderful wisdom on going green. Can I use frozen spinach to make green smoothies? Also do you have any particular suggestion for smoothies that are good for hair growth? Your suggestions would be very much appreciated! Thanks again for all you do to help make us more healthy! Lucy

    • Jane says:

      Hi Lucy,
I haven’t used frozen spinach in green smoothies, but from what I’ve read, some people do. Frozen spinach is better than no spinach at all. I don’t have smoothies for particular conditions, as I’m not a doctor so can’t do that.
Thank you for understanding and for your kind words and support. I appreciate it.
