I’m on a Beauty Water and chia seed wave. So today I’m making my Pineapple Kale Beauty Water for you. And of course, it includes a teaspoon of chia seed gel.

Beautiful Leaf

I’m starting with 6 cups of water. Remember, my Beauty Waters are different than smoothies. They’re thinner, they’re more like a juice, yet you still get the fiber from the greens and the little bit of fruit that you’re going to put into it. To the 6 cups of water, I want you to add one leaf of kale. I’m using a beautiful leaf of Lacinato kale, which is commonly known as dinosaur kale. You can use curly kale, red kale, russian kale, whatever variety you like. Just tear it up into a few pieces and let it float around in your water. This is only 3 ingredients. You can do it.

And I’m going to add a few pieces of fresh pineapple. Remember that pineapple I had sitting here yesterday? Well, I cut it up, it smells like heaven; make sure your frut smells like the fruit it’s supposed to be before you eat it, otherwise it’s not at the peak of its nutrition, ripeness and flavor. We have to have flavor. So I’m adding, one, two, three chunks of pineapple to this. Remember the Beauty Waters are light, they’re breezy, juice like, so we’re not going to load up with fruit, just a little, because I like to keep my Beauty Waters low glycemic. So we just want a little bit of fruit. 6 cups of water, one leaf of kale, 3 chunks of pineapple.

Brimming With Ideas

And then for our secret ingredient, our chia seed gel. I’m going to add a teaspon; you can up to two tablespoons if you like, it just depends; if you’re just getting started adding fiber to your diet, go easy on yourself – you don’t want any surprises. Ah… this is why I keep drinking my greens and creating new ways to get my greens. There is a hint of the pineapple in here. It’s really refreshing. Ah… after a workout, if you need a break at work… throughout your day. It’s terrific to have the Beauty Water on hand.

Since I’m on a Beauty Water wave right now, there’s going to be more in the next few days because my head is brimming with ideas. I’ll never be able to make all of the endless combinations. And I’ve also got for you – look – look at this file of green smoothies and blends yet to be made. These are from you. They’re viewer submitted and I thank you so much. I’m looking forward to making each and every one of them. That way we always get new blends. New, new, new for you and me that will keep us in the green smoothie game, getting our greens. We get our greens, our dreams can come true. I know that.
