Hi, I’m Jane from BlenditandMendit.com. Welcome. Today I am making my Peachie Parsley Beauty Water.

Love the aroma of parsley, it is so cleansing. And make sure you have a ripe peach for this Beauty Water. You’ve got to have ripe fruit for the aroma, the flavor and so it’ll be at the peak of its nutrition.

My Beauty Waters are so simple. All you need is water; they’re low glycemic because they only use a little bit of fruit in them instead of like a green smoothie where we’re using 60% fruit. So in this one today I’m only going to use 4 cups of water. Sometimes you’ll see me using 6 cups of water in the Beauty Water. And I’m going to add a handful of parsley. That’s all you need to do. You can use curly or flat leaf parsley, either one is fine.

Blend. Sip. Beautify.

Then I cut up this wonderful, aromatic ripe peach and I’m putting the whole thing in there, of course no pit. Look at the blender. Isn’t that beautiful? Then all we have to do is blend, sip, beautify. Ah.. it’s that sweet ripe peach and that fresh parsley blended together that is so refreshing. This way I get my greens, I get a Beauty Water which lands right between a green smoothie and a juice. Like a juice with the fiber in it from the greens and the fruit. I think that’s pretty good. I’d like to thank each and every one of you for watching my videos and for clicking the LIKE button for the video. This gives the video some google love and we get to spread the green goodness all around. Thank you.

So send in your Beauty Water blends. I love new blends, they keep me interested, they keep you interested, and we all need new blends to stay in the green smoothie game long term.
