Avocado Smoothie BookI am finishing out the 21 Day Avocado Smoothie Power Plan with the following recipes, I just am not making a video of these three recipes as I did for the previous 18 days.

Why?

Because I woke up with a case of laryngitis and am totally hoarse. Sheesh.

I knew something was up when I had to clear my throat during my Women Go Raw interview with Ariel last night. You can listen to it here if you’d like:

  • Today is Day 19 and I’m making: Spicy Avocado Lime Soup, page 37.
  • Day 20 will be: Thick Tomato Veggie Soup, page 38.
  • Day 21 and the Finale: Broccoli Soup, also page 38.

I am in for 7-10 days of rest and intend to do just that. I know I have been driving myself hard for the last 3 months and Mother Nature, through the gift of Laryngitis, is forcing me to rest since I didn’t do it on my own.

I am always saying Rest is #1, Emotional Poise is #2 and Food is #3. Time to practice what I preach and take it easy until I can talk again.
